This shows the chicks being treated 'nicely' in the sense that they get bedding, and the workers checking the water. That's for camera. They won't change the bedding, it'll become soggy and spread thinly. The workers won't check the water. The chickens are crammed in there as chicks, imagine how it is when they get considerably bigger, squished in? And before that, they get separated from their mothers, put in shelves like socks, and then whirled around on a conveyor belt.

That's how you get your chicken nuggets and eggs.
