  1. You want money? Manifest a paycheck or manifest rich parents or manifest marrying up. And if that type of manifesting just isn't for you, just manifest a business where you can exploit your workers for your financial gain.

  2. I think there are people that are preying on the vulnerable and theres really no concrete way $10000 can jump into your account tomorrow. What I do think is beneficial from the law of attraction is changing how you think, but concrete actions go with it as well

  3. "Help yourself and god will help you" is like the law of attraction and I don't see any harm in it.
It does not cost any money to believe and act on this believe.

  4. Believing in the law of attraction does not cost any money.
The law of attraction is about mindset, some people have a big income and end up constantly stressed and pennyless at the end of the month while other live with 500€ every month and feel happy and rich as they are with all their need met.
The law of attraction is not about waiting and wearing rose colored glasses, it's about actively feel rich and thankfull with what we already have and with this mindset attract more opportunities similar to how one feel.
Growing up in a family were the parents are constantly stressing about money will make you poor no matter you background and by that perpetuate the cycle of inequality we have.
It does not mean we don't have to fight against all those societal problems, it's just a way to take responsability and with that, feeling empowered to take actions.
The law of attraction don't negate inequalities, quite the opposite actually.

  5. Yes, what these people ignore or tend to overlook is that we all would love to manifest ourselves richer like Ambani or manifest ourselves into having a slim and healthy body. But if we are not doing the work towards our goals then all this manifestation and imagination doesn't help.
The best way to make money is to invest. Save up little by little and invest in what you are comfortable in. Be it fixed deposits, mutual finds, equity shares I.e stocks of good companies, gold coins, real estate, pension funds, provident funds, whatever you understand and know well. Let that money work hard for you as you work hard to earn money in first place. Thats how you get wealthy. Invest in good stuff and stay invested for a long time. Periodically get rid of any duds or weeds in your portfolio as you would the fading leaves of your plant. This helps money stay long with you.

  6. Chelsea rambles too much way too much. I don't need long intros when I clicked on the TITLE. Love your ideas, love your style. Can you also put time stamps in the description.

  7. I totally agree with what you said. You seem so understanding of people who are poor and POC (people of color). I am curious as to how you became so emphathetic of people in these situations.

  8. "Manifestation" in this "sense" ("in this non-sense" would be more appropriate, but unfortunately it isn't an idiomatic expression) manages to be even worse than "organic" in "organic food." If at leas it were called "quantum psychic manifestation" it would sound more obviously magic-thinking, and hopefully bamboozle less people into self-delusion, but apparently just "manifestation" makes it sound more plausible, some real psychological principle.

  9. “If you trust in yourself. . .and believe in your dreams. . .and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.” – Terry Pratchett

  10. THANK YOU so much for this video!! This language is rampant in the business coaching world and when I first started my business I used to think that in order to be successful I had to BELIEVE in money manifestation or my business would just fail. I also thought I had to believe that the universe would provide (again religious undertones there too) and I'm not religious. Instead of focusing on the aspects of building a successful business (like I did with my first business) I became sucked into this vortex of toxic positivity.

  11. I feel like this idea is less for helping people to build wealth, but more for people to feel better about being wealthy by neglecting the lottery of life. It makes you feel like you deserve everything you have.

  12. Since the topic was about the gurus, yes agree. However, missed the basics of what manifesting is, most people do actually. If uve heard the saying blessings are 20% prayer and 80% work, that's what manifesting is. You need to want it and then be an active participant in getting it. Essentially, what the financial diet used to be about; a place where you could go to find tips on how to make/save money.

  13. The only time I seem to have "manifested" money is literally when I haven't needed it. It's incredibly frustrating. I could have really used it when I could barely afford groceries after graduating college.

  14. Thanks for this video. I've been searching for so long for someone to break this down. It seems so obvious to many of us who have been preyed upon by these same tactics but our broader culture still doesn't want to accept that there is no magic pill for getting rich, EXCEPT if you're able to exploit other people by convincing them there is a magic pill. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to if you're willing to unethically convince people to buy products on the premise that doing so will make them rich. The law of attraction works, not because it's true, but because our culture seeks easy solutions and rugged individualism, rather than looking at facts and making social reform moves that would actually help people have a viable living. The richest people in this country are those who are willing to exploit others; that's no secret, and yet most Americans still want to blame the poor for being poor.

  15. I don't even have the energy to want to wake up and get out of bed, let alone to allocate towards manifesting money. Get the F out of here.

  16. The overwhelming number of millionaires and billionaires got their money from "manifesting through their own businesses. Others became rich through being sports or entertainment stars. And still others with investment, real estate etc. In a sense all these people manifested.

But on the other hand for most folks it is NOT a simple matter of just thinking or visualizing. Social, economic, political, racial and class structures are very REAL and more often than not oppressive and obstructive.

For years and years I was "shut out of well paying jobs with good salaries, benefits etc. This was in spite of my sterling credentials, nice looks and personality. No amount of "manifest magic, networking etc seemed to change that.

I almost resigned myself to being working poor the rest of my life.

A curious thing happened. I began to realize that many of these people got their positions through selling themselves in some way or being involved in some form of corruption as we witness today. I realized that my "failures" were due in large part to unwillingness to sell out or sell others out.

At age 55, with no money, no hope I got a call center job for 13.50 an hour. At the end of the month I had 100$ left after necessities were paid.

I changed tactics. First thing I did was shut my mouth. Then I visualized everyday two or three times a day. I also went back to the gym and got my body(and mind) in top shape. Then I investigated other opportunities slowly. I cut out time wasters, gurus, psychics and took 100% responsibility for my own Self.

And again I told no one what I was doing or attempting. I had a very nosey friend at the time who loved to get in my business but I noticed everytime I told her my plans they went wrong or failed somehow(jinxed).

Months later, while looking for a new apartment I met a man who presented a surprising opportunity. I kept working the regular job while fleshing out the business opportunity in silence and I kept visualizing and chanting daily.

In about 3 years it all came together and at age 58 I retired from regular (and soul destroying) employment. It came with enough passive income to have what's needed and enough to modestly enjoy life. I did not win lotto or hit a mega slot machine jackpot and I am NOT super rich but the universe gave me EXACTLY what I really wanted and needed.

Manifestation works. Visualization, chanting, prayer backed with a solid plan, disciplined action and disciplined speech will succeed.

    Be your own guru.

One last word as an observation and caution. Money changes everything. Even a little bit of money. Going from poor or just getting by to prosperous will change you, your outlook, relationships etc.

And when you do manifest stay grounded in common sense i.e. continue to save and invest and invest and save some more. Example: I used to love going to Starbucks everyday pre pandemic for coffee and a nosh. Guess What? When I added up that last years receipts I spent 1100$ that year in Starbucks. This year the 1100$ is saved and invested(not consumed) and I drink my coffee at home.

  17. Hey! In your article you write: "While the power of manifesting and the law of attraction do haves some scientific-proven benefits, money itself is not just energy – it is a necessary tool for survival." Can you please tell me the source of the scientific-proven benefits statement? Just curious that anyone is actually doing science about this!

  18. Although I agree with a lot of the content in this video, some of the practices have proved very helpful to me. Being thankful for bills is one of those things. They are just a fact of life so we might as well harness the opportunity to take those moments as a reminder to be thankful for the wonderful things in life we take for granted. The fact that people extend to us the trust and courtesy to provide services and we can repay them, and just a general appreciation of the utilities for example that make our lives much nicer (electricity, waste disposal, all these modern miracles) makes me feel much richer and less grumpy or angsty about bills.
