Limitations of mlm
The reasons why net work marketing does not work are
1. It is now more than 20 years old.
2. Technology has changed the way people buy and sell.
3. Online products are much cheaper. Why anybody will buy from long chain when same is available on online at less price.
4. Whatever you say products in mlm are expensive for simple reason more expenses in commission payment.
5. Whatever income distributor makes many times he is forced to attend paid training program, from time to time and losses money, which he has earned. Same programs are later available on line for free. The so called training programs are very childish, nothing new, some childish stories. Nothing much on product specifications. (Told by distributor on conditions of anonymity).
6. People have immediate requirements, rentals, house loan, power bills, and medical expenses and hence it is important for majority of people for stable income.
7. Many consider good income for many in mlm direct selling practical impossibility because 2*2=4*2=8*2=16…. Sounds good on paper. Calculate up to 64 levels and see what fantastic figure you get.
8. Mlm, network marketing is not independent business opportunity, independent business opportunity is that where you are the manufacturer, producer of goods and services where you retain the profits of the business.
9. Selling is not every bodies piece of cake.
10. People are tired of same old seminars, presentations where few make lot of money.
