Do we really need to talk about Dr. Fauci? Talk about what you know finances not medical facts.
Make sacrifices for 45 years so you live well for the last ten years of your life. Dumbest. Idea. Ever.
I need advice. I am having issues maintaining an income. Every job I work I put my everything into and in about a month or two, I get extreme panic and anxiety along with irritability and it creates friction in the work place. I leave before it gets worse and start over at another place that will take me…
No mention of kids’ college fund?? Did I miss it?
John-you hit the mail right on the head. A driven person needs more than the money- the fulfillment has to be there as well.
Maybe refer to the Andrea Yates story about putting a wife and children in an RV to live daily. No mother, nor children should be expected to live well in such a confining situation. It's not a camping trip when you make it a lifestyle.
Ken Coleman is always an excellent addition; great insight.
Sacrifice is never easy or it is no true sacrifice.
This episode was very comedic i thoroughly enjoyed it
Take the $500k inheritance, pay half on the student loan and mortgage, the other half, enjoy invest and give the other half, then worry about paying the taxes some other time!
"this is all about you and we walk about you right in front of you" just cracked me up. lol
A girlfriend of 6 months has no say in a house purchase. Hey guy!! If you’re reading this: if you get married…GET A PRENUP!!! Always get a prenup.. or it will be HER house!
Thank You for Your Service Charley…! Dave didn't say it btw
Where. Is George Kamel? I really miss him!
Where did comments go? I’m late but wow
I don’t have debt other than my house. I am on a pension of 62000 and clear around 50000. I also have 13 sinking funds which include an Emergency fund. But the Emergency fund is only at $300.00 so far but 100 will go in the Emergency fund every single month for a goal of $10,000.00 which will take 8 years to achieve. In the mean time I am paying off whats left of my mortgage ($89133.00) by adding $700 each month to the principal. Here’s my question: Should I abandon the sinking funds and throw the (675.00) money from the sinking funds also to the mortgage?
Most intelligent caller I've heard in a while! Sounds like a dream!
