At the Formula-E race set to take place in New York this weekend, all-electric cars will be competing at speeds of up to 174 miles an hour. Errol Barnett visited the racetrack and got an inside look at the technology likely shaping the future of electric cars.

  1. Sorry, Formula E is garbage. They rely on big pile ups and cheap gimmicks to make the races "interesting". All the cars look the same (spec racing). The technology, speed and driver talent isn't even close to F1. Electric cars are cool, racing… not so much.
